Acules is a medical tourism comparison and referral platform. We help users discover, compare, and connect with hospitals and healthcare providers across multiple countries.

Acules is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. We do not employ physicians or medical staff. Our service is limited to providing information, cost comparisons, and facilitating introductions between patients and healthcare facilities.

Cost estimates shown on the Platform are approximate figures based on publicly available data and hospital-reported information. Actual treatment costs will be determined by the healthcare provider and may vary based on your specific medical needs.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Hospital accreditations, pricing, availability, and services are subject to change without notice.

Acules does not independently verify every piece of information provided by hospital partners. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making medical or travel decisions.

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false or misleading information in any form or consultation request
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform without written permission
• Post or transmit any malicious code, spam, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person, entity, or healthcare provider
• Use the Platform to solicit or recruit patients on behalf of any healthcare facility not listed on our Platform

When you submit a free consultation request, you authorize Acules to share your provided details (name, contact information, and medical inquiry) with our patient coordination team and relevant hospital partners for the purpose of arranging your consultation.

A consultation facilitated through Acules does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Acules. Any subsequent relationship is between you and the healthcare provider directly.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, the Acules name and brand, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Acules or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including hospital and clinic websites, booking platforms, and travel services. These links are provided for convenience only. Acules has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

Your dealings with third-party healthcare providers, airlines, hotels, or any other third parties are solely between you and those parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Acules shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Any medical treatment obtained through or facilitated by the Platform
• Inaccuracy of hospital information, pricing, or accreditation details
• Travel complications, visa issues, or logistics related to medical travel
• Actions or omissions of any healthcare provider

Acules's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Acules (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acules and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which Acules is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of Acules after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
